Villages of Bennington HOA

The following violations are being updated as many property owners are neglecting aspects of their property.

  1. Notification was communicated and posted on the website pertaining to Abdullah Hasan passing away last year. Abdullah was a contributing force within the Villages of Bennington and he has been missed. A new Grounds Director is in place- Dale Blum which has been communicated and posted on the website.
  2. Grass/lawn maintenance – Only one (1) warning will be issued as it is evident that some do not read or acknowledge. If property is not maintained in an acceptable appearance, a contractor will be obtained and you will be responsible for all costs. Generally, must be cut, edged, and blown a maximum of every ten (10) days.
  3. House numbers must be 4” tall and placed on the house and the mailbox.
  4. Debris on the street or curb is the owner or contractor’s responsibility to remove. Waste companies will not haul away. If it sits on the street or curb after 72 hours a contractor will remove and you will be responsible for all costs.
  5. Streets and HOA common areas are not to be used as a debris/trash dumping site. Extra funds are being used to clean these areas, which contribute to increased Association Dues.
  6. Vehicles parked on the street/curb with expired tags or no tags will be turned over to the Sheriff Dept for citation and towing. Owner will be responsible for all costs.
  7. Street parking is an invitation for your vehicle to be broken into. Additionally it creates a safety concern as oncoming traffic cannot always see around you. The USPS will not deliver mail if a mailbox is blocked, as couriers do not exit their vehicle unless registered or last mile delivery is indicated.
  8. Trash containers must be removed from the street and placed in a non-visible area from the street.
  9. CRITICAL – EMAIL ADDRESSES ARE REQUIRED AS THE RELIABILITY OF USPS IS NOT AT A RESPECTABLE LEVEL. IN ADDITION, THE CONTINUED INCREASE IN MAILING EXPENSE EXCEEDS OUR ANNUAL BUDGET. EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 1, 2023, ALL COMMUNICATIONS WILL BE VIA EMAIL.

These notices are provided to maintain the Villages of Bennington in an acceptable condition. Owners and tenants must abide by the same rules & regulations.
